Jacyll Kaen IX
Believed to be twenty-four years old, Jacyll Kaen IX is a broken man with an unstable mind.
The exact cause of his psychosis is unknown, but Jacyll is a bonafide genius capable of conquering any technological feat, including the creation and implantation of his own pacemaker after fearing his heart was trying to beat from his chest and assassinate him.
A broken, sad and paranoid ex-Earthling, Jacyll Kaen is without a permanent faction, and rumored to have undergone surgery to make more room for dopamine and, thus, happiness in his brain by an Earth surgeon from the former Philippine islands. The precise results are unknown, but Kaen is rumored to speak without filter, and act without conscience.
