At only 25 years old, Assistant Maintenance Chief Victor is one of Bear City’s most trusted residents. Assisting the Maintenance Chief Alex with the station’s challenging upkeep, Victor is hardly the most well-qualified for the job of keeping the mighty hand of the Maintenance Chief steady. But loyal and trustworthy, Victor is young enough to appreciate the sophomoric sense of humor of the pilots, but mature enough to mitigate the ego damage the jokers cause to the Chief.
