A list of the history of Sol, from the formation of the planets until your breakfast this morning.
Official SEU Past
- 4.5 Billion years ago: Sol is born, followed by the planets and knock-knock jokes.
- 3.0 Billion years ago: Alien Drive ship arrives, begins its mission, accidentally blows Mars out of co-Earth orbit, destroying Martian sky and seas in one swell foop. Sad day for Martian yachting set.
- Slightly more recently: TV invented, forgotten.
- 30 years ago: Space Elevators rise from convenient points on Earth. Riches of near space fuel an explosion in Earth's population.
- Hank "The Mighty" Henderson stumbles across ancient artifact embedded in outoutSol planetoid while mining for blue precursor. Separating the artifact into its Drive and Conductor components, Hank sells the Drive to a consortium of Multicorps.
- The Drive artifact — a point singularity projector — is used to create a micro black hole in Mars orbit, known as The Dot
- Treaty of Vienna-HEO between Earth governments and multi Corps leads to formation of TCID and Multicorp Security.
- Launch of the corporate Hooker ships; Asteroid Highway links outSol and outoutSol asteroid fields with the Dot. Commissariats established by forward-thinking entrepreneurs.
- With the arrival of asteroids to Mars, The Dot is lit; conditions for human life on Mars are terraformed.
- Transportation of Earth colonists to Mars begins in earnest.
- Cydonia rebellion ends with massacre of 300 colonists by Multicorp Security, Free Mars Movement goes underground.
